About the event..

In our annual coast-to-coast tour, Five Hole for Food travels from the East Coast to the West Coast playing ball hockey for local food banks.

Beginning with a simple idea, the annual tour has not strayed from our humble beginnings. To take part and join in a city near you, all you need is a hockey stick and a can of food. We’ll supply the rest.

Meet us at Yonge-Dundas Square from 11:00AM-5:00PM on July 11th and bring your donation for the Daily Bread Food Bank. Let’s play hockey for food and make this our most successful tour yet.

Daily Bread
Daily Bread Food Bank is fighting to end hunger in our communities. As the hub of the food bank community in Toronto, Daily Bread supports approximately 170 member agencies in running different kinds of food relief programs. Our agencies run neighbourhood food banks where people come to access food hampers, as well as meal programs where people can access prepared meals such as soups or casseroles.
